What this covers

This policy applies to anyone who uses drgiampapa.org, including anyone who sends a message through it. It sits alongside the Terms & Conditions.

You may

• Link to the site, provided you do so fairly and do not suggest an endorsement or association that does not exist.
• Quote short extracts with clear attribution to Dr. Giampapa and a link to the source page.

• Use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful, or in breach of anyone else’s rights.
• Republish substantial material commercially, or present it as your own.
• Represent anything here as medical advice, or use it to promote or sell a treatment, product, or protocol.
• Send anything through the site that is abusive, defamatory, deceptive, or that impersonates another person.
• Use the contact route for unsolicited marketing, bulk messaging, or spam.
• Introduce malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, or any connected system.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content, or use automated tools that place an unreasonable load on the site.
• Collect personal information from the site, or use it to build a mailing or contact list.
• Interfere with anyone else’s use of the site, or attempt to disrupt or overload it.
• Remove or obscure copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.

Training and automated access

Well-behaved crawlers are welcome and the site’s directives are published in its robots.txt. Access that ignores those directives, or that places an unreasonable load on the site, is not permitted.

If this policy is breached

Access may be withdrawn without notice, material may be removed, and where appropriate the matter may be reported to law enforcement or pursued through the courts.
