Who is responsible

What is collected

Information you send. If you use the contact or speaking-enquiry route: your name, email address, organisation, phone number, and whatever you put in your message. That is the whole list — no special categories, no profiling, no tracking pixels in replies.

Information collected automatically. None at present. This site currently runs no analytics, no advertising tags, and no third-party scripts. Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel are planned; when they are added they will only run after you have accepted them, and this policy will be updated at the same time.

What is never collected here. No health information, medical history, diagnoses, or treatment records. Do not send clinical details through this site. If you are seeking care, contact a physician directly.

Why it is used

To reply to you, and to assess and arrange speaking engagements.

Once analytics is added: to understand which material people find useful, and to measure the reach of campaigns.

To meet legal and regulatory obligations, and to keep the site secure and working.

Where the UK or EU GDPR applies, the legal bases are: your consent (analytics and marketing cookies, which you can withdraw at any time); legitimate interests (replying to correspondence, site security); and legal obligation.

Who it is shared with

Personal information is not sold. It is shared only with the service providers needed to run the site, and only for that purpose:

• Vercel — hosting and content delivery.
• Email provider — receiving and storing correspondence.
• Customer relationship management (CRM) provider — recording enquiries and the correspondence that follows, so requests are not lost.
• Google (Analytics) and Meta (Pixel) — planned, not yet active.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law, or to establish or defend legal claims.

How long it is kept

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to keep a record of the relationship, and is reviewed periodically.

You can ask for your information to be deleted at any time.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access a copy of your information, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, to portability, and to withdraw consent. Exercising these rights will never result in worse treatment.

If you are in California, you also have the right to know what is collected, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. This site does not sell personal information.

To make any request, email vcg@cellhealth.net. You may be asked to verify your identity. If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with the response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

International transfers

The site is operated from the United States and its providers are largely US-based, so information you send will be processed in the United States. Where information is transferred out of the UK or EEA, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses are relied upon.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and is a static site, which materially reduces its attack surface. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information — least of all health information — through it.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 16, and information is not knowingly collected from them. If you believe a child has sent information, contact us and it will be deleted.

Changes

This policy will be updated when the site changes — in particular when analytics and advertising tags are added. The effective date above will change when it does.
